I’d heard about this recipe but never tried it as I thought something so simple couldn’t be delicious… And I don’t waste my time on not-deliciousness.
Boy was I wrong.
Took 2 mins to prepare and literally 45 seconds to cook. Nutritionally (in my opinion) a fantastic post workout meal. And they taste amazing 🙂
What you need:
2 free range eggs
1/2 cup your preferred protein powder
Butter or coconut oil
What you do:
Mash banana with a fork. Add eggs, and protein. Heat butter or oil in a frypan. When it’s hot drop 3 tblspn and fry for about 20 seconds before flipping. They cook really fast so watch it doesn’t burn.
Enjoy on they’re own or with your favourite extras. I used full fat ricotta, strawberries and chia.
Try using cinnamon or raw cacao in the batter, also delicious.
